Supplement to Standard Terms and Conditions for iTaggit Premium/Plus
This Terms of Use Agreement for iTaggit Premium/Plus ("iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms") set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the iTaggit Premium/Plus Service, and supplements the Terms of User Agreement that you agreed to when becoming an iTaggit Subscriber, which as provided therein may be updated from time to time by iTaggit and the current version of which can be found here. If you wish to become a Subscriber of iTaggit Premium/Plus you must read this document and indicate your acceptance during the iTaggit Premium/Plus Registration process. If prior to now you had not become a Subscriber to the iTaggit Basic Terms, then your acceptance hereof constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the iTaggit Basic Terms. The iTaggit Basic Terms are hereby incorporated herein, including without limitation the disclaimers of warranty and limitations on liability stated therein.
By using the iTaggit Premium/Plus Service, you agree to be bound by these iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms. Please read these iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms carefully and save them. To the extent there is a conflict between these iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms and the iTaggit Basic Terms, the terms of these iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms shall prevail. Terms which are capitalized herein and not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the iTaggit Basic Terms.
iTaggit Inc. may modify these iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by iTaggit Inc. on the iTaggit Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to these iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms when you use the iTaggit Premium/Plus Service after any such modification is posted.

The features of the iTaggit Premium/Plus Service are described here and may change from time to time in iTaggit’s sole discretion, without notice.
Payment
By agreeing to these iTaggit Premium/Plus Terms, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly (or annual, as elected by you) subscription fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the iTaggit Premium/Plus Service through the payment method (“Payment Method”) you provided during registration and which we support. Current subscription fees are posted here. To the extent a third party payment process, e.g. Paypal, is utilized, you acknowledge and agree that the provider of such third party payment process may require that you create an account and agree to its separate terms and conditions. Any such account and agreement is solely between you and such third party payment processor.
Ongoing Subscription / Automatic Renewal
The iTaggit Premium/Plus Service subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each automatic monthly (or annual, if annual subscription is elected at registration) renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription as provided below. We will automatically bill your Payment Method each month (or year, if annual subscription is elected at registration) on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription. In the event your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying subscriber on a monthly basis on October 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on November 30th.
All fees and charges are charged in advance and nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information through the third party payment processor. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
Cancellation
As stated above, your iTaggit Premium/Plus Service subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month (or each year, if annual subscription is elected at registration) in order to avoid billing of the next period’s subscription fees to your Payment Method.
You may cancel your iTaggit Premium/Plus Service subscription at any time, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS.
To cancel, send us an email with your username to service@itaggit.com requesting for your iTaggit Premium/Plus Service subscription to be canceled, or write to us at 901 S. Mopac Expressway, Building 3, Suite 410, Austin, TX 78746 with a request to cancel.
iTaggit reserves the right to terminate your subscription for any or no reason.
Third Party Widgets
One of the features of the iTaggit Premium/Plus Service is the ability for you to embed certain iTaggit-approved third party widgets on your item and profile pages (and other pages as allowed or enabled by iTaggit). To the extent a third party widget is utilized, you acknowledge and agree that the provider of such third party widget may require that you create an account and/or agree to its separate terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that any such account and agreement is solely between you and such third party. iTaggit shall have no liability for the function or malfunction of any such widget and reserves the right to enable or disable any such widget from time to time in its sole discretion, and without notice or liability.
